The vegan, non-sticky formula contains Biotin, Pro-Vitamin B5, and Amino Acids to regenerate, nourish, and add shine to the eyebrows and give lashes base coat protection. For styled eyebrows, brush through brows following the direction of hair growth. Can be used over a brow product or by itself. For defined eyelashes, use as a clear mascara by applying to clean eyelashes, root to tip. 11 ml. 0.37 fl.oz.
