Store + Return Policies

Shipping:

We strive to ship within 72 business hours. Please keep in mind we are closed over the weekend and holidays to allow our ASC Crew time to rest and be with their families. We use USPS,UPS and Fedex to ship orders. 

Orders which are Pre-order will have a different shipping timeline (please check description of the item on the website to see time frame).

Returns 

We're so sorry your item didn't work for you. BUT it's so easy to return now!  it is your responsibility to ship your return, we do no provide a label. We process returns in the order they are received. It can take a week to process your return after we receive it. 

We accept returns for store credit or refund. Items must be returned within 2 weeks from receipt of package. Exchanges can be made if requested and item is available, you will be invoiced for shipping. Once paid, we will ship out your gem to you.

Returns are processed in the order they are received. It can take up to a week to see your return as completed. 

Refunds: It can take up to 5 business days for your refund to show up in your bank

Store credit: We will issue you a code specific for you to use on your next order.

WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FROM THE  APP PURCHASES AT THE STORE. THESE WILL NEED TO BE RETURNED TO THE LOCAL PICKUP LOCATION OR SHIPPED TO OUR WAREHOUSE.

Locals please return in person your store items, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
