 Shipping:

We strive to ship within 72 business hours. UNLESS the item is a Preorder/Presale item then time timeframe is different. Please make sure to read the description of the item to make sure you don't miss this vital ship time information. Please keep in mind we are closed over the weekend and holidays to allow our ASC Crew time to rest and be with their families. We use USPS,UPS and Fedex to ship orders. 

***Orders which contain a Pre-order will have a different shipping timeline. You can order these with other in-stock items. They will ship together once your preorder arrives. 

Returns 

We're so sorry your item didn't work for you. BUT it's so easy to return now! Click the link above for our return center. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Once the package is received, It can take 5-7 business day to see your return as completed. 

1. Please include your packing slip with your return.

2. Items must be returned with in 14 days from receipt of package. After that your item is no longer eligible for return. MUST have tags attached to the garment.

3. Final sale, Items 35% or higher discount, Preorder items and NuSkin, make up or other skincare products are not returnable. Items marked as FINAL SALE ON THE PACKING SLIP will not be accepted for return.

4. The following items are returnable for store credit only: Preorder Denim,  bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, accessories. 

5. Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. Your return MUST have the tag. No deodorant, makeup, perfume, cigarette smell, dog hair or stains of any kind will be accepted.

6. Exchanges are available - SELECT THAT ON THE RETURN FORM. If you are not able to make the exchange email us at orders@abelastory.com

7. PLEASE do not use the same packaging. If you do, there may be postage due when we receive the package and that amount will be deducted from your store credit or refund.

Locals please return your items to the store, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or the packing slip inside your return package. 

 ABOUT REDO:

When you check out on our website with REDO You will pay $1.98 for insurance in case you have to make a return for store credit or an exchange. This will cover the shipping of the item back to us.
