Hey girl Hey what size should I order?

We know how hard it can be to shop online especially when you are in between sizes or shopping a new brand or style, we will always do our best to provide sizing tips online, we know a ton of you are familiar with Carina's sizing so we try to also mention that in the product description. We also have a meet the model section which will detail what sizes our models are and which size they tend to wear. Hope this helps but also whenever in doubt please feel free to message us on either Facebook or Instagram for more in depth sizing help. 

If you are EVER questioning if something will fit you PLEASE know that we are here and only one phone call away AKA call us and we can size you over the phone and chit chat because well, we adore all our ASC gals!!

It's always easiest if you do have your product name when you call so we can easily pull it to give you the best sizing recs!

To check order status, log in to your account + within your account page you can find all order deets even your over the phone orders! 

We can only accept credit card payments over the phone!

 What payment options do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments, and PayPal. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment online.

ABOUT RE:DO

When you check out with RE:DO you will pay $1 for insurance in case you have to make a return for store credit or an exchange. Not eligible for refunds

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

The applicable tax will be applied based on where you are shipping the order to.

 Can I use promo codes and/or discounts with gift card purchases?

Discounts and promo codes cannot be used for the purchase of a gift card.

We also ask that you not use account credits or major discount codes towards final sale items unless instructed that that is ok.

 How do I apply a promo code at checkout?

At checkout, go to your order summary and enter your code in the text box that says "Discount Code". 

I get an error message when I enter my shipping and billing addresses. What’s going on?

Error messages are so pesky, aren’t they? If you are receiving one, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address has to match exactly what your bank has on file. Double check all of your information closely and look for any typos. Sometimes re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information does the trick!

 My order is not processing, what can I do?

Easy peasy simply give us a call and we can help walk you through it, during business hours.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the high volume of orders We WILL NOT cancel an order after you pay. If you choose to want an item cancelled you will have to wait till the package arrives and then follow the returns steps.

When can I pick up my order?

Standard Orders
We need up to 72 business hours to process and complete your order, but don't worry! You'll receive an email notification as soon as it's ready to go home with you! This does not apply to Presale/Preorder items. The timeframe for shipping is listed on the product description.

 Can I exchange or return orders purchased from Abela Story online sales to the store?

So we know this may be confusing but if you are shopping with us online (not including this website) which means the Abela App and any Facebook order, those items cannot be returned or exchanged at the store. We treat these as two different inventories and stores hence the division, if you bought via THIS website or in person at the store you may return or exchange those items to the storefront.

  I accidentally selected "Pickup In-Store". Can I change this to ship to my address?

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to make changes to your order! We'll do our best to get your goodies to you as soon as we can!
