These are the best way for you to get in contact with us regarding any issues. Messages on Facebook get lost in the shuffle so we ask you to email us for anything that needs our attention. Of course if you just wanna chat my Facebook messenger is always open to you gals!

While we aim to respond quickly, please give us a minimum of 2 business days to respond to your email, only email once, we will always respond. We do not respond to giveaway emails, if you win and you are simply telling us address and size we just ship it out so no need to email checking the status. If you have an order question or other information that is not covered in the pinned post, please email us as opposed to posting on the wall or PMing us. We have this policy to ensure we serve you effectively and efficiently. Your questions are important and we don’t want to miss one

Return Policy:

RETURN INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE IN THE APP, FB AND WEBSITE.

We know this is long and covers a lot of information. We want to be as transparent as possible to avoid any confusion with returns/exchanges.

 We accept returns for store credit and refunds. Items must be returned to us within 2 weeks from date of receipt of package. We process returns in the order they are received. It can take up to a week for your return to be processed.

You are responsible for shipping the return back to us.
We will credit you back as store credit (APP & FB) and discount code (Website) $5 towards the shipping. Please ship your package the least expensive available. Preferably ground.

PLEASE PUT YOUR ORDER NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE.

3. Due to the nature of our boutique and the ever changing inventory, exchanges are not guaranteed. If an exchange is made you will receive an email stating shipping has been added to your cart. Please pay promptly so we can get your item back to you.

If this form is NOT completed correctly, your package will be sent back to sender.

2. ITEMS WHICH ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND: Full priced items, unworn and unwashed, free of pet hair, odors, etc.

    ITEMS WHICH ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY: Discounted items upto 30%, Lingerie/Loungewear, Swimwear.

  ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT OR REFUND: Accessories, Hats, Beauty/Skincare items, Final Sale, Pre-Sale/order, Waitlist Pre-authorized, Mystery Items and Items purchased with a coupon code greater than 30%.

YOU MUST CIRCLE "REFUND" ON THE RETURN FORM OTHERWISE YOU WILL GET STORE CREDIT ISSUED.

EXCHANGE: You will receive an invoice for the shipping in the amount of $8.50. This will be credited back to you as store credit (APP & FB) and discount code (Website) 
4. Local APP returns must complete the form and deliver package back to the house into the grey bin.
Local website & store returns must be returned to the store.
