ALL ITEMS THAT ARE ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS. We occasionally will have a LIVE sale with markdowns, or discounted website days, when ordering from a sale or using a discount code those items are final sale and will not be accepted as returns, unless they have an obvious defect.
ANY RETURNS THAT HAVE NOT filled out this form (https://goo.gl/forms/cT2PqVDjhv6zo1JG2) will NOT be received and will be sent back to the sender at a cost to them. AGAIN I REPEAT IF YOU DO NOT FILL OUT THE FORM WE WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURN, IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU AND WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT AFTER THAT SINCE YOU WILL BE OUT OF THE TIMEFRAME ALOTTED FOR RETURNS.
We are happy to issue a refund or account credit. You must mail the item back to the ASC and the Item MUST BE FREE OF SMELLS AND PERFUME AND NOT WORN, IF THE ITEM DOES NOT MEET THOSE REQUIREMENTS IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR COST.
To initiate a return, please email ABELARETURNS@GMAIL.COM. We will then reply to you with steps on how to return and a FORM TO FILL OUT. Please DO NOT send back an item without emailing the above email and AND FILLING OUT THE FORM that is sent to you as a reply, if you do send it back without filling out the form we will send it back to you at your cost and the return will not be allowed.
Returns may take up to two weeks to process, but we will aim to process them every Friday. DO NOT EMAIL more then once it bumps yours to the bottom of the list.
We do not e-email you when the item is received. Please keep tracking for your own records.
IF we have the item to exchange we will do so, if not we will apply a credit to your account, you will get an email stating a credit has been applied, please do not email asking what its for, keep track of your exchanges and returns so you know what it would pertain to.
Please note mystery items and capsule collections are FINAL SALE. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable. Due to the nature of our boutique and the ever changing inventory exchanges are not overly possible at this time, but as mentioned above we will try that first. You may NOT claim an item and ask to use that as an exchange or to hold for your return. If you email our main email about a return please know that to keep everything organized we WILL NOT RESPOND TO THOSE and they will be deleted, all RETURN OR EXCHANGE emails will only be responded to if emailed to ABELARETURNS@GMAIL.COM. We know this is a lot to take in but this is the only way to keep it organized and efficient for both us and our amazing ASC GALS! ****if you are sending the item back for any reason other then its defective or we made a mistake you are responsible for shipping, if you happen to get the item exchanged because we had it in stock you will be sent a shipping invoice.
For defects we will refund shipping costs once we confirm there is a defect on the item. PLEASE EMAIL OUR PRIMARY EMAIL IF YOU ARE HAVING AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER AS THE RETURNS EMAIL IS NOT MONITORED, for example “you got the wrong shirt” thats an order issue email primary.
